Task description: Today we have been learning how to make our covid Wellness plan. For this task I had to create a poster and draw a object or something that can be interesting. This poster can help u when we might have another lockdown. ( hopefully not ) But these things can help u and ur family during lockdown.

Tongan language Week - Tongan Identity

Tongan language Week - Tongan Identity .

This whole week of learning we have been learning about the tongan language week .The identity of then tongan culture have important roles of their being. The theme for this week is called " Fakakoloa'o Aotearoa 'aki'a e lotu mo'oni". This pictures show the meaning of lea fakatonga. The Tongan show lots of good things that are common useful to others.

Facts about their Identity:

• They show respect when dancing
• they believe that  alofa ( love ) is important to others
• They elder have wisdom that are gifted to them
• They are humble when they dance 
•

 Task Description: Today we have been learning about Valerie Adams and Eliana vaha’ife’ao . i have picked them because overall they were the best tongan sport people that i have ever known. My task today was to watch 2 to 3 movies and create a task of the videos

DRAGONS EYE LAKE

Task Description: Learning about the Myth of the dragons Eye lake i have come to know and understand that this myth is extraordinary because through this story there were 2 brother one was blind and the other person who isn't blind tricked his own brother and stole his land . Also , in the story Aristotle was love at first sight but however , the girl that he liked was given to the Dragon  , so Aristotle got Jealous he wanted her . Because the Dragon who was the protection of Croatia. Aristole grabbed a spear and put moon dust then he threw the spear it hit straight into the dargon. The Dragon was in agony he pulled hit eyeballs out and one of the eyes he threw it and the other one dropped and rolled it started to melt. Now in Croatia there is the Dragons eye lake.

Immersion Assembly

A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE!!

Today was the start of Term 3. There was an  Immersion Assembly at Pt England School. 

Mr Burt shared facts about his life and his family's history.  Mr Burt and his family  have travelled around the world and collected  different types of hats. 

At our school there were 5 items held from different teams in our school.

There are Topics that they are going to talk about and learn during this term.

Team 1: Their topic for this term is learning about different types of food they eat in other countries and how they get to school and also what Their Morning routine is at school.

Team 2: Team 2 is Learning about different countries around the world, but they are starting off with New Zealand then they are going to explore the rest of the world.

Team 3: Team 3 did an Amazing race. They are learning about travelling to different places in this global world.

Team 4: Team 4 is using Google Earth to learn about different countries and about different types of food.

Team 5: Team 5 is Learning about  Myths from around the world. We are also going to learn about Sina and the eel and what the legends and Myths about this amazing story.
